Three areas of expertise united to simplify real estate projects

MonPass’Immo was created through the combination of three complementary areas of expertise: property development, real estate transactions and technology. They share one conviction: around every property, owners and professionals should be able to access the right information more easily, collaborate more effectively and save time throughout their real estate projects.

As is often the case with entrepreneurial projects, it all started with a conversation between friends.

During a discussion between Guillaume and Emmanuel, former national service colleagues, the conversation naturally turned to the difficulties surrounding property management: scattered information, numerous stakeholders, documents that are difficult to find and multiple procedures during a sale, purchase, rental or renovation project.

A clear observation quickly emerged: one property can involve many different stakeholders, while the information needed for their projects often remains scattered. Property owners, buyers, tenants, real estate agents, property developers and other professionals therefore spend considerable time searching for, sharing and checking the same information.

This led to the creation of MonPass’Immo: a secure real estate platform built around the property itself, bringing together its information, documents and the different stakeholders involved in its projects in one place.

Cyrille later joined the project, bringing his practical experience in real estate transactions. Today, as co-founder, Managing Director and partner of MonPass’Immo, he contributes to the platform’s development and ensures that it responds to the real needs of property owners and real estate professionals.

After several months of reflection, design and development, MonPass’Immo took shape with a clear ambition: to make property organisation and follow-up easier, enable controlled information sharing and simplify collaboration between the different stakeholders involved in a real estate project.

The MonPass’Immo space is free for individual property owners. Real estate professionals benefit from features tailored to their activity, including collaboration around properties, connection opportunities and property listing publication.

Because a real estate project relies above all on reliable information, smooth communication and effective collaboration, MonPass’Immo places the property at the heart of its ecosystem.

Guillaume Talavera – President & Co-founder

With 26 years of experience in real estate in France and Switzerland, Cyrille Auzout has built his career at the heart of real estate transactions, including experience within a major nationwide real estate network, before moving into agency management and leadership roles.

He has also developed extensive experience in the commercialisation of new-build property developments in France, giving him a strong understanding of both residential real estate and property development.

His career has given him in-depth knowledge of the market, how real estate agencies operate and the expectations of property owners, sellers, buyers, tenants and industry professionals.

Throughout his career, he has experienced first-hand the everyday realities of real estate projects: multiple stakeholders, scattered information, numerous exchanges and the time required to coordinate and manage property files.

Convinced that a real estate platform should simplify projects while preserving the human dimension of relationships, Cyrille contributes to the development of MonPass’Immo through his field experience, management expertise and understanding of the practical needs of both property owners and real estate professionals.

As Managing Director & Co-founder, he also leads MonPass’Immo’s commercial and marketing development, with the ambition of growing the platform among individuals and real estate professionals throughout France.

Cyrille Auzout

Emmanuel Nay – IT Director & Co-founder

An ECAM-qualified engineer, Emmanuel Nay has recognised expertise in digital transformation, data security and regulatory compliance.

Co-founder and director of id4 AG, a Swiss technology company specialising in the digitalisation of regulatory processes for financial institutions, he has supported international organisations for more than ten years in their digital transformation projects, particularly in the areas of anti-money laundering and customer due diligence.

His experience in demanding and highly regulated technological environments has enabled him to develop strong expertise in designing, managing and evolving digital solutions.

This experience brings MonPass’Immo technological expertise that complements the real estate backgrounds of the other co-founders and contributes to building a reliable and secure platform adapted to collaboration between the different stakeholders involved in a real estate project.

As IT Director and Co-founder, Emmanuel leads MonPass’Immo’s technological direction and supports the platform’s evolution to ensure that it remains efficient, easy to use and adapted to the needs of property owners and real estate professionals.
