Who can create a MonPass’Immo space?

• An individual — property owner, future owner or tenant — can create a free MonPass’Immo space to organise the information related to their property or real estate project.

• A real estate holding company (SCI) can also create a MonPass’Immo space to organise the information and projects related to its properties.

• A real estate professional or real estate project professional can invite an individual or an SCI to create a space in order to make collaboration and project follow-up easier.

Collaboration and information sharing

With the permission of the property owner or space holder, the relevant professionals can view, complete and share useful information related to the property and the real estate project: diagnostics, plans, quotations, administrative documents, technical information or other elements required for their work.

Each user can only access the information made available to them according to their role and the permissions granted. MonPass’Immo therefore makes collaboration around the property easier while keeping information sharing controlled.

Property listings can only be published by real estate professionals

Your professional subscription includes connection credits. Sending an invitation does not use a credit: one credit is only deducted when the contact accepts the connection. This means your credits are used for qualified contacts, and additional credit packs can be purchased whenever needed.
