An idea born from a simple conversation

As is often the case in entrepreneurship, it all started with a conversation between friends. A discussion between Guillaume and Emmanuel, former national service companions, about the complexities experienced by property owners in managing their real estate and prospecting for land. Together, they realised that the property market was sorely lacking in fluidity, transparency and data reliability.

This is how the idea for MONPASS'IMMO was born, quickly joined and reinforced by the field expertise of Cyrille, an experienced consultant, and by the contribution of a new generation with Jordan.

Guillaume Talavera - Chairman

A specialist in property development and project management, Guillaume began his career in public administration, where he specialised in regulatory procedures for land use. He then joined a national property company, where he worked for 23 years as regional director, overseeing the entire property project cycle: prospecting, project management, technical monitoring, commercial coordination and delivery. With degrees in building technology and business administration, he is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration on the topic of real estate in the digital environment in order to further his understanding of the digital transformation of the sector and its managerial challenges.

Emmanuel Nay - Technology Expert

An ECAM engineering graduate, Emmanuel began his career in consulting and then private banking, where he developed solid expertise in digital transformation and regulatory compliance. Co-founder and director of id4 AG, a Swiss technology company specialising in the digitalisation of regulatory processes for financial institutions (anti-money laundering and customer due diligence), he has been leading international transformation projects for over ten years. He brings to MONPASSIMMO a technological vision focused on security and compliance, inspired by the most demanding standards in finance.
